El Paso County Sheriff’s Pink Patch Project

The Pink Patch Project’s mission is to raise awareness about the life-saving benefits of early detection and intervention in the fight against cancer. Throughout the month of October, public safety employees proudly wear these pink patches on their regular duty uniforms, sparking conversations within the community and promoting the importance of early detection and ongoing efforts against this disease.

In partnership with UCHealth Memorial, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Pink Patch Project will benefit the UCHealth Memorial Foundation’s Circle of Hope Fund. This fund provides crucial support to cancer patients at Memorial by covering expenses such as transportation, food, medical supplies, supportive treatments not covered by insurance, and essential living costs.

If you would like to purchase patches from previous years, please call 719.365.5871 or email crista.muchmore@uchealth.org
