Introducing Memorial’s New LifeLine Helicopter

UCHealth Memorial Hospital has a new medical helicopter, the airbus h-125. The helicopter is faster, more powerful, and is high-flying, which means it can enter mountainous terrain safer with night vision and the advanced terrain avoidance system, a synthetic vision and terrain mapping system. The advanced air ambulance equipment was chosen to fly here because of its high-reliability, high-altitude performance, and enhanced safety features. Working with REACH Air Medical Services and our top-notch Trauma Team, the helicopter will better serve those who need transport in Southern Colorado.
